Last Updated: October 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Ole Interactive, LLC (“OI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit or interact with any of our corporate websites (“Sites”). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information such as your full name, email address, phone number, link to resume, link to relevant websites, and any comments or messages you choose to provide, as well as any other details you provide through forms and registrations. This includes information you provide through the “Contact” section or when applying for a job through the “Careers” section.

We also collect non-personal information including browser type, device information, IP address, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Collect Information

Information is collected directly from you when you interact with our Sites, and automatically through cookies and tracking technologies. We process your data only on the basis of (i) your consent, (ii) performance of a contract, (iii) compliance with legal obligations, or (iv) our legitimate interests. Your information will be retained for as long as necessary for the purpose collected, then deleted or anonymized. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

3. Use of Information

We use your information to provide services, respond to inquiries, improve our Sites, and communicate with you. Information submitted through the “Contact Us” section will be used only to respond to your inquiry, unless you separately consent to receive marketing communications. If you apply for a job with us, we use your information solely for recruitment, evaluation of your application, and communication regarding employment opportunities.

We may also use your information for marketing purposes, subject to your preferences. Non-personal data is used to analyze usage and enhance user experience. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who assist us in operating our Sites, subject to confidentiality obligations through written agreements. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Sites may use cookies to personalize content, analyze traffic, and improve functionality. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. International Users

OI operates from the United States. If you access our Sites from outside the U.S., you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers are located. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your account credentials. We will notify you and competent supervisory authorities of any data breach as required by law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You also have the right to restrict processing, request data portability, object to processing (including marketing), and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. California residents additionally have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, request disclosure of categories of information collected, and request correction. To exercise your rights, contact us at website@oleinteractive.com.

9. Data Retention and Storage

We retain personal data until consent is withdrawn by the user or until the information is no longer required for the purposes collected. Contact Us data is generally kept for the duration of our correspondence exchange and up to 6 months after resolution of the inquiry. Job application data is retained for up to 12 months after the completion of the recruitment process, unless you request deletion earlier or a longer period is required by law. Where a fixed retention period cannot be determined, we apply criteria such as the duration of our relationship with you, legal obligations (e.g., tax, employment, or regulatory requirements), and technical considerations such as system backups.

All user data is stored in controlled systems, including Google Sheets, email accounts used by Ole Interactive, and the Monday platform. Once consent is withdrawn or data is no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymized in these systems.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Sites are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our Sites. Where legally required, we will notify you directly (for example, by email) of material changes in how we use your personal data. Please review this policy periodically for updates.
